Andy Mulcock

Andy Mulcock heads up the team of leaders at Isca.

In a former life he was a Maths teacher, and still maintains links with the world of education through being a Governor at St. James’ School.

Norman and Pat Alford

Norman and Pat are part of Isca’s leadership team.

Julian and Maria Alford

Julian is a second generation Isca-ite, having grown up in the church. He has responsibility for encouraging the church in worship as well as training musicians. Julian has spent a year living in Canada and enjoys curries. Maria came to Exeter as a student and stayed! She works hard with the Isca children; at Fri-d-Fish, Tadpoles, Holiday Clubs and also by heading up the Sunday morning children’s group activities. She also coordinates ‘Lend A Hand’. In her other life Maria is a social worker. She loves to travel and also makes fabulous cakes

Jon & Kristina Webber

Jon has grown up in Exeter and has been at ISCA all of his life. He has a passion for woodwork and has been working as a joiner for over seven years. Jon serves the church as part of the worship team, as well as leading meetings.
Kristina joined the church when they married and is training to become a primary school teacher. She helps with leading the Sunday children’s work.
Jon and Kristina are involved in the church’s community outreach, including helping with fri-d-fish.
